Cost of Recordings	There are special prices if you order directly from Starkland: • All Starkland and MinMax CDs are $14.50, except as noted below. • The From A to Z sampler CD (ST-203) is $9.50. • The Persichetti CD (R-3016) is $12.50. • The Starkland DVDs (S-2010 and S-2015) are $16.50 each. • The From A to Z sampler CD (ST-203) is $9.50. • Owl CDs are $12.50 each.
Shipping & Handling Charges	• For shipments to US addresses, add $5.00 for the first item and $0.50 for each additional item. • For shipments to Canada and Mexico (by Air), add $6.00 for the first item and $1.00 for each additional item. • For shipments to All Other Countries (by Air), add $9.00 for the first item and $1.50 for each additional item.
Sales Tax	Colorado residents should add 8.21% sales tax.
Payment	Credit card payments can be Visa or Mastercard. Please furnish card number, expiration date, signature, and billing address (if different than the address we are shipping to). Checks should be US funds only, drawn through a US bank, payable to "Starkland."
Order by email	Email to Starkland. Clearly list the recordings you want (and how many of each) and your shipping address. We will then email you the total cost. You would then furnish credit card info or send a check.
Order by mail	Clearly list the recordings you want (and how many of each) and your shipping address. Figure the total cost of the recordings, then add shipping and handling charges, then add sales tax (if necessary). Figure the overall total.
